Woodturning Christmas Fair

Post  Anne C on Thu Nov 15, 2012 1:01 am

For those of you not walking this Sunday (18th November) you may like to know, or be reminded, Sheffield Woodturning Club are having their Christmas Fair.
Its at Woodlane Countryside Centre at Stannington 11am- 5pm.
There will be lots of items for sale and demonstrations going on most of the day.
It'll cost you £1 to get in but you'll get tea & biscuits and you can play as much as you like with the spinning tops (but you have to give another £1 to Age UK Sheffield if you want to take one home)!!

Hope it all goes well. Steve and I went last year with my Mum and Dad and we enjoyed it, the hot chocolate was sooo good. Smile

Hot chocolate will be served at a slightly different event. Sorry but just tea and biscuits at this one. The hot chocolate is on 2nd December, I believe you're all cruising, when Woodlane Centre are having their Christmas Fair and Woodturners will be present (including me after running Percy Pud). Both events will be worth a visit!
