Kinder moment again

Post  newstarelect on Mon Feb 23, 2015 7:32 am

Me and Anne did a walk up Kinder today with Chris to help with his training for the Brecon beacons, as we were climbing the snow started falling, at the top the visability was down to a few yards with the paths fast disappearing a couple asked if they could join us to get back down, so we set off and as we started going down Grindlow knoll we turned round to see another 18 people had joined us who were gratefull that we knew the way down. This must be a record for us rescuing people on kinder, so we are now thinking of joining Edale mountain rescue. lol! Good luck Chris, can't be as bad as today.
This must be mine and Annes largest turn out for a walk.

Well done! That's a story for the memory book and the grandkids isn't it. Good luck Chris

That's brilliant! We can add it to the previous one where we found that family wandering round completely lost and they asked us if they could tag along. Only 5 of them that time though.

It wasn't a walking group which we've heard of was it Laughing
