I'd like to join you along with Chish who is staying with us at the moment. Chris does it make sense for us to go together?

Absolutely spiffing walk, in superb weather, and in great company as always.

Our 'shortened' version came out at 9.29 miles, so goodness knows what the full version was Shocked

The views as we came down towards Wardlow were fantastic, and well worth the effort to get up top in the first place hiker

Fingers crossed that Steve and Edna managed to hook up again stars

We got Enid back into Ashford for 3.35pm which must be a record because last time we did this walk we arrived back at 6.00pm, then again the conditions under foot today were a lot better than last time. If your saying that your shortened version was 9.29 perhaps we did walk 11miles and not the 8 that walking world said it was.
Must agree weather, views and company were all great.
